changing the date wheel - feasible, straightforward/impossible?

I have a bit of a hatred (perhaps a bit strong) of contrasting date wheels; however, the ML Pontos S diver (currently the subject of a PSA thread on SC) looks absolutely superb, except for the blasted contrasting date wheel.

The ML has a Sellita movement, how feasible would it be to get a competent watchmaker of course to source a white on black date wheel and change it over?

I also dislike contrasting date wheels, the current Rolex Datejust has it on some models and it detracts from the watch in my view.

If it's a straightforward Sellita movement, for which parts are readily available, I see no reason why it can`t be swapped. There's a fair amount of work involved but it's a straightforward job. Not volunteering myself, but I`m sure someone can do this.

Thanks very much for the answer.

I've actually decided that its probably too bulky for me, so will hold off on this one, but certainly useful to know.
