    Recreating The PRS11-DN

    Hi,

the one watch I regret flipping was Eddies sublime Broadarrow PRS11-DN. This is the PRS4 (PVD cased Zeno) with a set of Dreadnought hands, Broadarrow dial and an orange heavy duty NATO. Having been fortunate enough to grab a PRS4 PVD recently, I am now looking for a set of orange Dreadnought hands that will fit the quartz movement in the PRS4. Any ideas where I can get a set? Preferably a set that does not fade (as my original ones did - one of the reasons I sold it)?

This is what one looks like; the PRS11DN had an ETA automatic movement I think.

I could probably get one made if there was enough interest but they would do a minimum of 20 pieces.

The hands are similar to the 300m diver I had made ( because I wanted a yellow one!)

I went down the route of trying to change the hands on my original Dreadnought, you can buy the original hands from Fricker http://www.w-fricker.de/englisch/full_service.html well you could 5 years ago. Unfortunately these will fade unless repainted or coated. There is a tread about this somewhere but I can't find it! Good idea though!

    Hi James,
Many thanks for asking. Do you happen to know the brand of quartz movement used in the Zeno and what diameter 'holes' I need to look for when buying hands to fit the movement?
