Does anyone happen to have one of these at home and more importantly do the drinks taste any better than say getting cans/bottles from the supermarket?

The Black Friday offer has me slightly tempted though I’m worried it would just be another thing cluttering up the kitchen once the novelty has worn off.
I reckon price wise it’s slightly more per pint than buying from a supermarket but significantly cheaper than many pubs these days.
but the "keg" is only 2L thats not even 4 pints, what's the point?
the Perfect Draft Machine's with 6L make more sense to me.
