My wife sometimes wears my 36mm Datejusts.
My wife has wanted a Rolex for years, and I'm hoping that in a few months I might be in a position to buy her one, but thought that it would be good if I could get a model that I can wear as well! Something like a Date Just, Explorer or Air King? I'm only down to one watch now (PAM 351 that I have no intention of moving on any time soon) aside from some Casio's and Seiko's I own, so thought this could be a good chance to mix it up at bit and keep my wife happy at the same time! Does anyone else wear the watch of their other half?
My wife sometimes wears my 36mm Datejusts.
My wife regularly wears my 36mm Date-Justs & Day-dates.
She also wears the rose gold Daytona on a regular.
My wife never has my Explorer 214270 off her wrist...........The bracelet is corroboration of this!
I've bought her some cheap vostoks etc, but any serious purchases are for me primarily, however, she is welcome to borrow what she likes.
I watch her cook clean and do the washing up...does that count ?
no no no and no
I've got a cheap Seiko beater that she loves to wear!
Watch?..........ssshhhhhh...........
My wife is careless and most def would not be trusted with one of my watches. Sorry, wife.

When mine started to want to wear my watches I made sure she got her own rolex. Having seen the state of it after just two years I reckon that was the best decision I could have made.
Mine likes to borrow the prs-50 now and again.
Despite having a couple of Cartier and a DJ of her own. She have worn my Exp2 and has recently started wearing my Franck Muller Casablanca.
Whoever does not know how to hit the nail on the head should be asked not to hit it at all.

My wife would say she ‘shares’ my watches.
I would say she just nicks them.

She sometimes wears either of these if going out to dinner

SWMBO had my Seamaster GMT for a year or so, but eventually switched back to Longines Conquest quartz (also my, but I don't wear it anymore), because of it is slimmer and keep better time.
Yes, any of my vintage sports watches and my white gold diamond dialled Daytona in particular.
We share brands (Heuer and Vostok), but she has her own.

My wife alternates between a mid-size Seamaster, a ladies Planet Ocean and my Omegamatic. The rest are just too big for her wrists.
Absolutely no way would I trust my wife with any of my watches, hell would freeze over first. She wears Armani ceramics most of the time, with an Omega Constellation ladies watch for going out etc.

Never - smashed her last 4 iPhones
My wife normally wears a YG 31mm Datejust but if she wants to be a bit casual, she wears the 16520 Daytona. I never wear the thing, so she's welcome to it. What is mine is hers etc.
She's agreed to share the divorce bill so I am more than happy with that.
Nope.
The bracelets / straps on mine are all too small for his wrists.
And if I try to wear his it looks pretty daft:
Have certainly thought about sharing. That narrows it down to rubber/leather type straps to avoid resizing the bracelets all the time. My wife prefers metal bracelets only so that’s a problem.
I bought her a Rolex earlier this year. I wanted to get a “respectable” one that I could occasionally wear too. Although I never mentioned that to her, she probably knows me too well and made sure to choose one that I could never ever wear :(
Would do but they will not fit her 9" wrists, think of two spiders mating
Not really, my mrs has got wrists like chicken bones.
I sold her my JLC reverso classic, but she lets me borrow it from time to time😜
My wife wears my sub (on a nato), my SMP (on a nato), my memovox.... hell, she wears all my watches apart from my Navitimer 806 which doesn’t fit her 😂
I like to see them on her, they look great and she enjoys wearing them.
Yup, she likes my orange Mako
My wife kept pinching my TT Datejust when I had something else on so I bought her one of her own. She babies it and only wears it on special occasions and it’s adjusted perfectly for her wrist, whereas mine would be loos and swinging around all the time.
I bought my wife a Rolex Datejust.
She loves it and is happy because, as she says, we now have one decent watch each......
My ex wanted to wear a mans diving watch as that is apparently fashionable these days. She particularly liked the SMP, so I got her her own one and boy was I glad I did... it was beaten to hell after a few weeks!

No, she has her own watch but has sometimes taken my SS Daytona when it is not on my wrist.
She expressed an interest in a couple of mine so I bought her a Mondaine last Christmas. It's now sporting a stunning patina...
I'll hopefully be making a purchase in the new year so might donate the yellow Seiko she's been coveting although I'll completely resent the state it'll be in in a year. Maybe buy her a small watch box too.
Beware, it's only a short step . . .

My wife wants a watch. I have looked at the 26mm Rolex datejusts with diamond dials. Dealer then showed me 36mm and I tried it on. I'd happily share it with her if I can persuade her :-)

My wife broke 3 mobile phones in 6 months. I bought her a swatch and I don’t let her near my watches
My wife likes to wear my date just 2. But big and loose on her but that seems to be how women wear them....

I 'gave' my wife my Datejust to wear, although she normally ends up wearing her own Tudor or Tissot.
she used to share my Rolex Explorer, but its that long since I've managed to get it off her wrist for me to wear i don't think we share anymore, i think its hers now !
I often wear my wifes tights and bloomers. My neighbour often visits when she's out and he agrees I look good in them.
Although my wife professes to have no interest in watches and makes fun of my “obsession”, she actually owns 7 of her own. All mine would be way too big and heavy for her, so no.
