Nice resource, thanks for that.
I first posted this Quick Guide in 2012 and it seems to have been popular as it has been visited over 92,000 times!

It was recently decimated by the Photobucket fiasco but I have now replaced the pics originally 'borrowed' from the Internet which had disappeared.
As mentioned in the original post if you feel any of the info is not correct please let me know.
Also let me know if you have any pics that you think are better than the ones I have used.
Good hunting, Jack
Nice resource, thanks for that.
Many thanks. I found it most helpful and interesting. Great to have all the photos back. What photo book did, particularly for posts such as yours is really unforgivable IMO.
Thank you for putting the effort in its worth it for this.
Everywhere you go PB have ruined so many old articles and threads.
Jack
You make refernce to not finding the MoD document after the PB fiasco....is this it?

Thanks for following up on this gerard.
If it was not this one it was very similar and prompted by your response I had another search and came up with something suitable.
Now added back to original post.
Thanks for the update Jack.
In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.
Thanks for your continued comments guys.
Another great resource for Omega research is http://old-omegas.com/ and fortunately this site remains unaffected by Photobucket.
