Can anyone source Certina watch parts for me?

I wonder if anyone on here can source Certina watch parts for me? They do not appear to be available through Cousins (unless I am missing something), and they won't sell parts directly to end customers.

Specifically I am after a replacement black dial and some additional bracelet links for a Certina DS Action Quartz, case reference C032410A.

I tried a custom part request on Cousins and got this:

Certina C032410A (C400019678) Black Dial Unfortunately parts restricted by Swatch and are currently unavailable

Any help would be compensated, and a donation to the fundraiser, of course :-)
