New arrival this week from Daveya. Cheap as chips but I love it - might even have to look at the real thing.
Had a first stab at regulating it last night and have taken it from a very consistent -30 to a pretty decent -10.

Maybe small (nowadays), but perfectly formed. Could I ask what it is?Back when I first had this, and wore it day in day out, it was still a vaguely normal-sized watch. I don't know how to explain how to do it but if you kind of cross your eyes and look at this the 2 pics merge together into a 3d effect. Don't try to hard as it hurt my eyes.

Solid sterling English-made Dennison case from 1922, with a very common A Schild 554 movement (but in its highest quality form - 15 jewels and decorated) Dial unbranded, but porcelain. When I first had it I was student, so its robust qualities got thoroughly tested 😄
Another week enjoying the EB. HAGWE
