    Gomorrah isn't on there

I did the first eps of both Archer and the weird trippy cartoon with the horse.
Both are worth revisiting, so thanks for that.
Also watched Suburra, the movie, which was fairly decent. Think I'll give the series a run.

Thanks for all the recommendations so far.
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.

    .
My favourite thing about BoJack (other than how he's living exactly how I would live in the same circumstances) is that the Universe it inhabits is completely normal to everyone in it. There is no reference ever made to the anthropomorphic animal characters having relationships with humans etc. Brilliant.

A friend recommended Narcos- amazing!! Same friend recommended Sons of Anarchy- not so much! It's ok but I guess Narcos takes a lot of beating!

The Sinner is great. Like a cross between the OA and twin peaks.

Give it another couple- I really enjoyed it. I can't remember if there were any duff episodes per se but it did get better.

The watchmakers apprentice is excellent- part of my family gets a mention in it too
Haven't watched the Williams F1 documentary yet but looks promising.
Designated Survivor is patchy but Italia Ricci could be pasting wallpaper & I'd watch it.

    Californication.
    Sense8
    Star Trek Discovery is OK.
    Daredevil of course..
and another second vote for the Punisher.. 2 episodes in and it's excellent....

I love the fact that Bojack is just so cynical..the complete opposite of Mr Peanut Butter

It's all the small details that make the show for me ..the paparazzi birds and the stuff that happens in the background like the drunk prawn in the Bar

Kinda run out of things I wanted to watch on Netflix, but then found Accesion.

3 episodes in and it looks ok. Bonus that Number Six (Tricia Helfer) is in it.

Started Braquo last night. Quite good but what is it about this super macho tough, beat up the suspects, type of thing on the French police dramas? They all have this same look to them.... super tough unshaven cops (well the male ones anyway, can't say if the female ones are unshaven or not though normally you wouldn't say no - if you know what I mean?) with the black leather and craggy looks and lots of shooting and smacking the bad guys.

Braquo was created by Olivier Marchal, an ex flic praised for the authenticity of his police films and dramas. And French plain clothes policemen really do wear black leather jackets.

Seems a good enough incentive then to behave yourself when next in Paris ;-)

But i guess they don't stab suspects in the neck with a biro when they are interviewing them

Ok. So after extensive research these are my top 3 new (by that I mean ones i havn't seen before) series on netflix

    1. Punisher
    2. Ozark
    3. Mindhunter

I just didn't like stranger things. I gave it a good shot. I thought the nostalgic seventies sheen aspect of the production was excellent though.

Ozark is excellent isn't it mate! Mindhunter was decent but not that great imo.

Havnt checked that one yet mate

Will check it out once I've finished punisher

Punisher is great by the way. Storyline isn't exactly groundbreaking but the acting is solid and the central character is very likable

Edit. How can i forget Sinner??
That must go in at number two position, between punisher and ozark

I am enjoying The Expanse, after having read the books this bought the characters to life.
Watched the first series of Stranger Things, okay but haven't bothered with season two yet.

Gantz , it's animé but tehnically and graphically pretty up to date ( not state of the art but still imho excellent ) based on a live action TV series which I believe was based on a manga comic...
Sci-Fi, monsters, big boobs and odd dialogue with lots of swears: what's not to like?

Not quite Netflix, but seeing as crime dramas are popular: Comrade Detective on Amazon Prime. :)
