    The New Bolido Watch

I saw this on kickstarter and got a great deal being one of the first to chip in
I ordered it about 3 months ago and at last got my hands on it last night

The watch is from the company Bolido its there first model but the two guys aren't new to the
Watch making seen as they were also behind Ventura and Braun watches I have a soft spot for

I really like the bullhead design and the way it trappers down

The dial is super clean and has a small date window set at 6 o'clock also has lumed dots next
to the to hour markers but has to be said the lume on the hands isn't the best
I went for the white dial as all my other watches have a black face but Bolido offer 5 different
    Colours

The watch is water resistant to 100m and has a sapphire crystal , on the back it has a small
Display window to view the Swiss made regulated movement which is are respectable 44 hour power reserve

The rubber strap is ok I tried an ISO strap but found didn't look right and then wanted to see it on
A strapcode super engineer but found it wouldn't fit the case has a lug-less design which makes it very
hard to fit after maket straps bit of a shame

I find that rather appealing. Another one I must resist!

    It looks great.

I even like the date window - which is usually a deal breaker for me.

    The white dial looks splendid.

It looks kind of futuristic to me. Like a Bladerunner would wear

Love it in white! Not too thick, not too wide, not too heavy, ultra clean and crisp and a date window! With a bracelet it would be just right - I reckon a bit of machining of the lug end of a bracelet could sort that fitting.

    Very nice.

Sorry for me it just doesn't work in so many ways, however if the OP gets enjoyment from it, well that's all that matters.

Similar case designed to Iwi Watches was made by Ian Walsh in Darwen Lancashire
    I really like it!

Range has expanded now. Quite like the Halo with the black / yellow dial

I love that dial, if only the watch were thinner.
    Congratulations nonetheless!

Loving the look of the X Log - although I'm ashamed to say I've forgotten how a slide rule actually works!

I like those on the whole. Prefer the plain black dial I think or the plain white/silver

I owned a yellow dialled one, but couldn’t get it to sit on my wrist properly, the watch wasn’t big enough and the straps made it sit above my wrist. Such a shame as I really like the look. And quality was great for the price.
