    PRS-17Q (many photos!)

A few photos of another Precista watch I've been wearing a lot:

The term 'torch' is over-used, but the PRS-17Q is certainly a goer. Much like the DN, I find this watch's lume to be intense after just a few minutes in the sun or under fluorescent lights.

We've been having crazy weather latterly. Clear blue and 22 last week and then a serious shamal just the other day that shut everything down.

Not too many comments since the watch is still new to me. I like the size and weight very much for a field watch and the lume is excellent, as mentioned. I like the styling of the PRS-18 a bit more and that will most likely be my next Precista purchase.

Bravo! The Mesopotamian light becomes the watch well. Great pictures.

    Best of luck down there,
    Gert

Great pics Colin! I originally got mine intending to wear it just on the weekends. It's now the watch I wear the most.

    17A

My first Timefactors watch was the PRS-17A. I saw it on another forum and I thought, "what the hell." I love it and wear it on one of Eddie's bond NATO's and it looks great. This is not a flashy watch. But it is unique and it just works. Wonderful watch and it got me hooked on TimeFactors.

    Lume is fab

I'm currently on a 2 month exile from Taiwan to Washington DC and had to choose just two watches to come with me.
General wear PRS-17Q, I have to say that in the dark nights of Maryland the lume is fantastic, even at 6am in the morning reading the watch without a light is easy.

The other watch is a PRS-10, not been worn yet and I now wish I'd brought the PRS-53H instead as it would have got more use.

Still can't get over how excellent the PRS-17Q's lume is, never in Taipei does it get dark enough to see it like that!

This picture made me take a closer look at the watch and now I've got one incoming. Cheers.

Just realised I never thank you gents for the compliments. They go Eddie's way too! The '17 is a well-executed re-issue of the original, which I just happened to get my hands on a few months ago and it's finally arrived. It's the '88 version, with the big triangle. Other than the BT, I prefer the newer version (guess I'll be getting that '18 then  )

GREAT photos: composition, colour, coherence, real historical background.
You people pamper Eddie too much. :D

Nalu, I hope Eddie doesn´t forget you on your birthday. I bet you are his best salesman.
