    Seikosha Tensoku aka Seikosha Kamikaze:

I was offered this watch from the guy that wrote this article, Arnaud A :
    Seikosha Tensoku: https://translate.google.com/transla...otai&sandbox=1
I won't even try to add anything he hasn't mentioned, I'll leave it stand as it is.
Shortly after that another was also offered to me from the far east and because the watch was in a far better condition, I took the latter.

A bloody beast of a watch, to say the least at 48.2mm, just a tad smaller than the German B-Uhren which are 55mm.

I was surprised that the watch was a low radiation emitter, compared to an ATP, it's hardly worth mentioning ;)

The history of those watches is fascinating, and I like the style too. I presume parts are at a premium if servicing or repair is needed?

No idea of the cost, I'll take that hurdle when I get there, and quite frankly, I don't care, as it was serviced a short while before I bought it.
I heard one was sold by Christies for $64k, so in which price category would this service/overhaul be in?

Here another few detailed pictures of the dial!

I actually meant hard to find rather than expensive, but I suppose with rarity comes the expense.

Whist on the Seikosha trip, I also managed to obtain an aircraft clock/watch, which was often worn around the necks of the Kamikaze pilots!

Indeed Bob - great history and stories but the intrinsic value is limited IMHO.

    Love it. Great find.

    I love these
I would love one, but I would accept one of the homage versions made a few years ago.
    Enjoy owning it.
