Hi Jim, I don't know about Rolex specifically but many UK based watch companies do (e.g. Watch Obsession). You need to be very careful though as maximum insurance cover (at additional cost) is £2,500 and that isn't available to all BFPO addresses. Stuff passing through Northolt regularly gets damaged in transit and total loss is uncommon but not unheard of.
I couldn't find any seller who would ship a Rolex/Tudor via BFPO a couple of years back when I was away. A good example were Iconic - they would ship everything else happily, but not Rolex.
