    I bought this because it looked so pretty, but I can't find out any information on it

    Sounds Italian but I suspect it has an Asian movement, keeps reasonable time, - 4 seconds per day.
    Does anyone know anything about the maker?

    with a bit of googling the case looks the same as the steinhart ocean one, so maybe grovana cases? looks like one of the ebay sellers who put their own together. has been available before with eta2824 according to a german thread i found.
