I have a hot date. And as much as I love watches a hot date wins every time (am renting Cheltenham way during the week now and am about to buy down here).

I'll be there. I did suggest to Jason that I should wear a Rolex or Panerai.......! His response: 'They have their place in history!' So, aside from a mutual admiration of Bill Watterson, how will I know you?

I had the same dilemma about the appropriate time piece!! But I am a league or two below Rolex/Panerai....! So settled on a red dialled vintage 70ies Longines diver.....
I doubt this will narrow it down much, but grizzled and bespectacled mid 50ies with hair.

Mike - it was invite only, but may be worth giving them a bell?

I've never bought from them, cheers Tim. Take some pics if they have anything interesting!

As it turns out I almost certainly won't be there now. I'm full of a cold and cough and I don't think it would be appreciated to cough my way through the evening and pass it on to everyone there.
