    Jomashop

Hi anyone used this company? Any issues? Also I presume I will get hit by customs if I buy from them?
Any guesses on how much duty I will owe on a watch that costs $140 + $40 shipping?
    Many thanks

It's a first rate watch retailer. You'll pay whatever your VAT is there, about 20% of $140, I believe, or roughly $28.

VAT is charged on the cost of shipping too.
To avoid people sending £2 watches with a shipping cost of £2000.
So use $180 for the calculation. Admin charge too

I’ve used them with no issues.

If I recall correctly, the parcel was delivered by parcelforce and in the normal way I was charged VAT plus a handling charge of around £8.

iirc they don't have a blanket policy on warranties - some watches come with the manufacturer's warranty, some with their own - so be sure you're comfortable with the terms of the warranty specified in the item's listing
