    Hello, welcome to the forum.

It is unlikely that you will be able to source a crystal from the manufacturer, so your best bet is to purchase a generic crystal.

You will need a crystal press to fit the new crystal.

The old crystal will need to be pressed out (without breaking it as you need to measure it to purchase the replacement).

You will need a means to measure the crystal accurately, thickness and diameter. A vernier gauge is ideal. Sizes typically go in 1/10th a of millimetre for the diameter. It is quite easy to get it wrong even with experience, I usually buy the two nearest sizes measured, to make sure I have the best fit.

    Good luck!

For these kind of jobs it makes sense to go "local" as the cost of the postage and return is significant in regards to the total cost of the job. Any good independent should be able to source a generic sapphire crystal (they are available from CousinsUK which is the biggest UK wholesaler of the industry).
However I would be happy to help out, I will send you a PM with more info

The only issue I've found with a sapphire is they don't tend to come in as many sizes as the minerals
So if (like citizen) they are weird sizes you might find it difficult but if it a simple size or half size as above Cousins stock them

That's a good point, looking at Cousins' stock they seem to go in 0.1mm increments up to 1.40mm thickness, but anything thicker and it becomes 0.5mm increments, not great!
