It has been rumoured for years and in my opinion very doubtful, a lot of the speculation is down to the Sub movement update but I cant see why they wouldnt continue the LV with the new movement
I have heard some rumors about the 116610 LV been discontinued...
Do you believe that is going to happen in a near future?
Any more reliable information?
Thanks

The question is does the new movement require a larger case?
I dont think it does but I am no expert, doesnt the DJ squeeze it into a 41mm case?
Yup 41mm, but all the others with the 70hr reserve are in a larger case than 40mm.
I don’t think it would be discontinued before a replacement. And a black sub would come first.
My next watch if I can find one!
One of the interesting aspects of watches are the constant rumours:
The deep sea blue was being discontinued this year (it wasn't).
A new coke gmt was coming out (it didn't).
For years a new ceramic Daytona 42mm was coming out (eventually it did but in 40mm).
Rolex were putting up there prices every month from June last year, then they decided not to, then in November they changed their minds.
They are also putting prices up again this November (unless they change their minds).
George Falconer is buying a Paddy Philpot.
I wouldn't buy a watch in case it was discontinued as 'how long's a piece of string' however if you like the 116610LV hulk then I'd get one just in case.
Rumoured to be discontinued after its first year of release!!!!!!!!!!
What's the UK rrp on the Hulk?
Ok...only a game that people's can bet ... it seems that it is a cash cow for Rolex so they will maintain the short supply!!
Strategy I think...
