    Best place for business cards?

    Hello all,

I'm looking to make some nice business cards - I was wondering if anyone has had good experiences with a particularly website/company?

    Cheers

    Quality go with moo
Quantity and price go with vista print, but watch out for their vip sign up that take £10 from you bank each month.

I have used Vistaprint in the past and found them to be good. Quality seemed fine to me.

I have never heard of Moo but will have a look given alll the recomendations below.

Your local printer is the best bet, mine did me 2 sided with appointments on the other side, gloss print with logo etc-5000 for £70

Vistaprint for me in the past. So many in the deal, I'll not need more for some time anyway.

When i looked into this - Moo was great for trying designs out and/or a short run, if you want 100s/1000s then try a local printer as litho may be the way to go on large numbers rather than digital. Moo's digital printing has come on massively and is now very good but relatively pricey.

I just ordered and received some from Vista Print. Very happy. Their selection is huge!

We've used Moo for our last two lots. Nice quality at a reasonable price point. They did a wacky musical instrument design (for some reason) which was perfect for our company!

What's the turnaround time and quality from China then?

    Hi,

Theyre a good firm and have made cards for many automotive firms etc.

    Probs 2-3weeks.

    Ask them for sample cards.

As for design, may I recommend subtle colouring, tasteful thickness and even a watermark?

You could always get in touch with my eldest son who has a print management company.

Tell him Dad sent you. ;-)
