How about one of those Karcher high powered steam cleaner gadgets?

We have a stainless steel Rangemaster oven with a black enameled top under the cast iron grills. Greasy foods like bacon splatter all over the top and pans that boil over, and so far all the cleaning products I have tried leaves a lot of streaks and dull film on the surface and requires repeated applications and a lot of wiping to get the job done.
Has anyone found a product that works well for this job?,
I'm hoping you long time owners of similarly colored ranges have found the perfect cleaner by now.
Cheers

I actually have one of those, never really thought of using it on a daily basis though, probably a good shout

Warm water with vinegar does wonders
Once you have it clean I put hard car coat on the enamel to make it easier to clean in the future (aga) I used Autoglym Liquid Hardwax but the aga is in all the time. It is for leaving cars in storage outside so very durable.

Use conventional degreaser diluted to whatever removes the crap. Worst case use Jizer (definitely not Gunk) Try on a small patch first as always - always use NONABRASIVE scourpad side
when stains are removed used fairy liquid neat on a damp NONABRASIVE scourpad - sponge side to remove fine detritus.
wipe off with paper towels kitchen roll then final polish with a terry towel or flannel.
Gently does it - go back repeat

More of a ''mumsnet'' question I'd have thought.

HG Chemicals has an excellent range of hob, steel and enamel cleaners. We swear by them.
Thank you all for your replies, I will give them a try, especially the HG stuff as I have several of their products already
