    Favre Leuba digital info.

    Hello all

Can anyone identify this for me, I got it cheap as chips less than 20 quid which I knew was a great bargain as it’s got the factory bracelet which they fitted to the Daymatic worth 3 times the price I paid so I’m well happy about that.

I have never seen a digital Favre Leuba so imagine my intrigue when this popped up. It was listed as faulty as the first digit blinks on and off, there were no movement pics so I popped it off and see this. I have no idea what I’m looking at but strangely enough on the inside case back there’s a sticker telling you how to set this and when it was made I’m assuming.

    So any information gratefully received.

    Thanks

Well it is the ESA 942711 movement that was used in a number of brands in the mid to late 1970s. Never heard of a Favre-Leuba digital though, must be very rare.

Thanks mate. I did think that when I saw it. It’s kinda cool looking with sapphire crystal very heavy too. I’m 100% sure it’s a rare one. Never ever seen one before.
