    ingersoll for minor refurb

thought iíd share an Ingersoll iíve bought to use as a dress watch, plan to remove the movement etc and send the case to be plated then a new strap. Dial seems in very good condition so hopefully will make a lovely watch

Very nice. Something about a classic 3-6-9-12 you can't beat IMHO.

Please show us when it's finished.

Ingersoll were generally cheap watches with pin-pallet movements. Before comitting significant money into this one I would check that the movement's running OK or just needs servicing to get it right. Getting the case replated will cost a few £££, be sure the watch is the right one to spend money on.
