They could have been bolder with the hands - I like the shape but they look a bit skinny to me.
And of course they're 44mm so probably too big imo.

Nice enough, but not the most inspired pieces from the current range. I have a lot of time for Alpina as a brand - I think the recent Seastrong Heritage models are lovely and the Alpiner 4 GMT is definitely of interest to me - but these autos are a little bland. Also, £1200 for a 3-hander auto seems quite a lot for a brand with such modest awareness/recognition. Johnny Punter will buy a Tag or an Omega, the watch nerds will wait and get one lightly-soiled, I'd expect.
