Mark it as a warranty repair being returned.
I've got to send a watch to the states for a warranty repair, do I need to mark the package in any way so duty isn't required to be paid?
Thanks in advance
Mark it as a warranty repair being returned.
There's a specific code that you use for this so that you don't have to pay VAT etc. on its return to the UK. You will need evidence that VAT has been paid on it though.
Edit: The repairer should know if they're used to receiving international packages for repair and return.
