I’d expect to pay more in postage and packaging than for the watch. Terrible.

Actually that looks pretty nice. Also pretty sure that the retail price is roughly what it costs rolex to make the BLNR! 😉

100m WR, better than a lot of other Timex models 👍

I don't think the crown has direct control of the hands, the pusher those Intelligent Quartz models have might do all kinds of things to instruct the movement. Yesterday Man of Kent was showing me his new EcoDrive with that kind of crown operation, and very complex it was too.

    That's harsh.

Not a fan of GMT watches and this looks as ugly as the Rolex. One thing in it's favour is it doesn't sound like it's been named after a budget airline.

I dislike the Rolex version, and I dislike this one to the same extent. At least it's affordable and available.

So many decent BLNR options available for a little bit more money, wouldn't spend it on this Timex.

At least they didn't copy Rolex' fat-body design.

Not a fan of the blue/black bezels on any variant to be honest.

It’s a Timex- I like it for what it is. That’s not to say I’d buy one, unless that button does lots of cool stuff.

I’ve not worn a suit on a daily basis for years - but one complete no no for me was a black suit with a blue shirt, black suit with blue socks or vice versa - just not a colour combination I like. That’s probably why the ‘blnr’ leaves me cold

    Not your sense of humour.

Anyone on this forum has any interest in the watch featured in the OP should delete their mambershop and spend time browsing the H Samuel website. Those who considers it comparable, in looks or otherwise, with the Rolex BLNR is no watch hobbyist.

This thread, hilarious and tragic, Shakespeare could have written the plot here.

Recipe for a forum pissing match:
    1. Take one homage to a Rolex.
    2. Stand by.

Rolex haters: you don't have to make every thread into an excuse to bash Rolex.

Rolex fanbois: not every thread requires you to suckle at one of the five teats of the Coronet.

It's a f**king Timex FFS, it's not a rival, it's not an analogue for a BLNR, it's just a reasonably priced watch with good functionality that happens to look like a dog's dinner.

Now if Timex were to do an original, Pepsi GMT, I might be interested.

The Blue/Black is not to my taste. (Rolex or Timex)

    Ye?

When you’re being pulled for grammar by a commoner, it’s time to reacquaint oneself with the ignore function.

Oh, and we know you use Tapatalk, but useful to keep telling us.

Grammar is concerned with the correct usage of words, not typos.

If you're going to take the piss, at least get it right.

Taking of taking the wotsit, let’s have a look at your hundreds of watches you’ve recently told us about, because I’d reckon that’s as likely as me never making another typo.
