    New bike

For those motorcycle fans, here are a few pics of my new BMW RNineT Scrambler X. It has been very carefully customised by the supplying dealer, and I should have her at the end of next month. I think she is beautiful, but an acquired taste which traditionalists may not been keen on. Love the air cooled motor.

Certainly a matter of taste but I really like it. The bronze paintwork looks superb on this bike too. Nice touches throughout. These Metzeler's look menacing.

It looks really good; a bike you can ride without always risking your licence.

Nice one SM, looks really nice and good colour choice.
Did you manage a deal in the end?

A one-off done by a Bristol Motorrad, but then nothing is entirely original.

OP - very nice bike. I have a GS and am trying to justify adding an r nine t original. Did the dealer add all the extras before you got involved, or did you spec it and they did the work?

I would love to say I had a hand in it, but being honest, the bike is a promotional piece which I grabbed when given the opportunity.

Not really a motorbike person but that looks amazing. I think you need a Judge Dredd outfit and rocket launchers to do it justice, though.

Very nice, I love the yellow headlight.

I’d love that type of paint work in a very very dark metallic, almost black, purple.

Must say I prefer the original R9T to the base model, but the custom is something else

Scott, I am sure your local Motorrad can help you with that!

Nothing local in either hemisphere - plus I’ll be at maximum capacity in the garage as soon as I bring the Honda home.

Ive made a mental note to build a very large garage in Oz ;)

Ah, youve got your Mojo back Cool bikes you’ve had. Hope you can get a few runs before the years out.
You can always wrap the BMW in tinsel in the corner of lounge this year.

That looks really nice. Might be looking for a stablemate for the Harley (I know, I know!...) next year so double jealous of that.

Looks really cool. Love the colour. Had a R9T as a loaner when my RT was in for service, quite fancy one, but the last time I had two bikes, one never got ridden

I saw a bobber verison of one of these the other day. Seemed to have quite a bit more done than this one. It really turned my head and I spent the afternoon looking at bikes. This one looks really good, too. Where does the number plate go?

What a bike! Obviously to a taste but looks better than the stock Scrambler by miles.

I have a triple black GSA and I’m thinking of swapping for an R9T in a year or two. Coolest looking Bike bmw do and no chain to mess about with.

My nine T (original model) had a recall notice and the work was done at my local dealer.
