Those are really cool straps and I'm happy for Andrea.
I think it should be possible to wash them in cold water with soap frankly, that's what I do with suede shoes so why not with that?
Just need to spray the leather with some waterproofing spray before hand, like one does with suede shoes.
    Best regards

How long did delivery take for those that have received their straps?

Tracking shows mine left the Chilean airport on 30 October but the tracking is not working on the PO website

I think the quickest I've had a strap from Andrea is a week and the slowest a month. The tracking stuff becomes meaningless after the parcel leaves Chile in my experience; I have parcels that I signed for over a year ago showing as still undelivered.
    In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.

Good to know, thanks. I won't worry for another couple of weeks then

Mine arrived this week and I am trying it on my UG.
I think the blue tweed with the blued steel hands looks rather good.

Fundraiser donation on its way. Many thanks to Carlton Browne for organising this.

My straps have arrived and I'm very pleased with them. I particularly like this combo with my Speedmaster.

Mine arrived today. Beautiful straps. Suits the speedy amazingly well.

My one has arrived safely too, and it's great. I think I'll be ordering another. Anyone have a link to the fundraiser for the donation? Had a search but nothing's coming up.

Let's get this back on track so that BND can derail me again. Fabulous work by Andrea, I'm really pleased with the results.

Mine arrived this week, very nice finish. I must say that I am not yet convinced it's a perfect match for the Datograph. Maybe it will go on the speedy instead...?

You may have a point - I'll bring along the lighter grey strap next time we meet. I think it works better with a silver and black dial.

It's the same colour palette as the Polerouter here (2nd from the left).

    In the Sotadic Zone, apparently.

I've just been alerted to this thread by Mr Curta and my goodness I like those tweed straps!

That's the second best thing I've seen all day (the first being my new FQHH Aero jacket that arrived in the post this morning).

Tweed! I feel the need . . . the need for tweed!
