Review - Vacheron Constantin Overseas 1st gen - first "real watch" thanks all!

Firstly would like to say thanks to all on forum for the help

So for the last 6 months I have been trawling forums and finding out an all purpose watch and I have it with the VC Overseas #42042

My search led me from the Rolex explorer 1016 (but out of price) to the omega railmaster 36mm to iwc ingenieur to yacht club , to GPS laureato (too hard to find) to VC

I fell in love with the genta esque integrated bracelets and not only is this watch unique it's esteemed history at the top of watch makers, unique style, 37mm size, ultra thin 8.5mm thickness made me want it

    Ig : www.instagram.com/dvnielng

Relatively new to the whole watch scene and already itching to add more

Eyeing the AP 15450 potentially after a bit/lot of saving or the tudor snowflake

Yeah I really like the VC brand. Customer service in store whilst not amazing (they didn't know much about pre 2000 watches) was excellent. More so from the in house watchmaker, great conversation and info

    Two pairs of Edward Green's.

    Or perhaps more?

That is simply fantastic. What a first watch! I can hear Nick Cave already... Where do we go now but nowhere?

Congratulations - looks like the size turned out well for you. These really are a great choice for the slimmer wrist, the later ones are pretty hefty.
