Dj41 stunning

I was at my local AD today looking at their selection. Of course, SS selection was minimal.

However the assistant recommended I look at this DJ41 they had just got in. I said no thanks but he said to just have a look at it so I did.

I’m converted and absolutely was blow away with it.

I didn’t buy it due to cost, but sometimes we can be so blinkered to sports models, as I was surprised how much I liked this one.IMG_0438.JPG

Can't say I'm a fan of the overlarge DJs; for me, it's as though they've lost their vim and self confidence.

Lovely. I nearly purchased one from a AD recently that lost their franchise. About 1k cheaper but I didn't do it. Love the fluted bezel and I own one, one day.

Honestly, the sparkle from the 18ct gold fluted bezel, and shimmer from the diamond dial.
under the AD lights it was absolutely stunning.

Tried a blue dial fluted white gold bezel on at an Spiers in Exeter last weekend, I could wear that as a daily no problem, good size for me.

My eyesight isn’t brilliant and the little tag said what I thought was £6400, ended up £8,400 so even wit some negotiation (hard In UK these days), it was just too rich for me.

However if I had the money I’d love to own it as part of a collection.

Mate the photo on my phone is incredible.....sadly when putting it on here it’s all distorted.
I would try and re-do I but I’ll probably make it worse .

I did see a DJ 36 in upchurch, Colchester which seemed a really proportionate in size

Have tried and fallen for the 41 Datejust with blue dial, smooth bezel and Oyster bracelet. My AD will give me a 8% off for regular business which is €550 off. Am very close to making my decision.
