99% no, because they'd never sell another WG one. 1% yes, because Trump ended up as president so...
Again apologies if this has been done before but.....
Will Rolex ever release a Ceramic Pepsi ?
I was given an absolutely definately not by an AD recently, due (she claimed) to the complexities of adding the colour to the bezel.
Well they seem to have managed it ok with the BLNR !
Cheers.

Always would have said no until they released the SS Sky-Dweller.

Maybe a coke bezel for 2018??

The difference between the skydweller and the gmt as I see it, is that Rolex have produced a complicated movement which was sitting in a very expensive watch. Putting the same movement into SS allows them to recoup the development costs of that particular movement quicker.
The gmt is already in two SS watches and so selling in greater quantities already. Offering the Pepsi (or coke) bezel in SS isn't actually going to benefit Rolex at all.
I'm sure they could sell all they produce but they're not currently having a problem with the BLNR or LN and could probably sell many more if they wanted to (particularly BLNR) so they'd be adding extra cost for little or no return.
The truth is.......
Who knows lol....well only Rolex know.
Someone posted a while back the red is particularly difficult/expensive to produce... I think a black and green would be a great colour combination

I'm sure I may have asked this previously but is there a reason the BLNR doesn't have the coloured GMT text on the dial to match the coloured GMT hand like the LN ?
I asked this very question to a Rolex Director at a recent event. In fact I asked him lots of questions and just about all his answers started or ended with something along the lines of 'until we hear from Geneva' or 'the first we know is when we hear from Geneva which is normally just before everyone else'.
In his view it is highly unlikely. One reason being, as mentioned loads of times, there's already a gold version. The other reason being that the red they would use in the ceramic apparently is far harder to perfect than other colours and thus more expensive. In the gold version there's more than enough margin to absorb those costs.
Also:
Price rise - he acknowledged that the U.K. is as much as 20 to 25% cheaper than elsewhere, even after last years rise and logically this wouldn't/couldn't be sustained but he knew no more than that.
Daytona - has more issues with his AD's on this than almost all the other issues put together. The lack of stock and the constant phone calls AD's have from people wanting to buy one. A general lack of SS stock was also an issue. AD's have apparently been told they can't keep Daytona's for themselves anymore, so,thing they apparently used to do.
I don't think so, pepsi ceramic would look exactly the same as white gold pepsi ceramic. I think Coke will happen.
