Totally different movement.
Either the YouTube reviewer is reviewing a different reference/complication or Rolex have changed the movement I guess.
Any ideas?
I definitely prefer the movement in your posted photo.
Is that your watch?
This is the movement of the Rolex Cellini Prince 5441/9:
Here's a sales video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-RYjxvx6ETg
Go to 4.15 minutes and spot the difference.

This could be the near future:
"In the event of a fault we will repair or replace your watch at our option".

PS. His does look like a fake ! But I especially like his phrases:
"Jeyjer Le Coolt" and "Breggay"!
Reminds me of an old Somerset pal who called them Jaguar Le Culture.
'erbz...aluminum...Mosscow...Van Go...
Love it !
Vive la France !

it looks like the same movement to me, just someone fitted the case back 180 out.
though rather odd that the caseback in the video has no Rolex markings?
It's surprisingly easy to refit a case back the wrong way around especially when there's no notch for the crown stem. I did it to a Tissot once, but at least I spotted my mistake. That was a round watch though, with a symmetrical case back window which didn't obscure the movement.
The engraving on the case back is missing and overall it looks like one to avoid. As a professional seller posting videos on YouTube, I wouldn't want to be show casing any shady stock / watches with obvious defects.

Thinking of the writing and hallmarks ... In a recent sales post on TZ-UK of another Cellini Prince, the seller pointed out that Rolex would not re-finish the case-back during a service. Now, it's obvious why not.
You're all wrong.. it cant be a real Rolex as it still has a sticker on the back..
Never mind the case-back, but those fingernails...!
Someone who lies about the little things will lie about the big things too.
It's his gramm-err that got me...!

Saw that a while back and realised it was just on upside down... but hadn't spotted the lack of engraving, which seems problematic.
But how likely is it that the fakers would spend so much effort getting this close to such a niche product?
Just watched this. The engravings are there on the case back but are being hidden by the reflection coming from whatever harsh light he's using. At 4.19 you get a glimpse of it. Its possible to briefly see the accented Cellini writing and the Rolex logo but the light was still obscuring the Rolex crown engraving. Hallmarks are also there
Edit: spotted the crown engraving as well. It's definitely there. 4.18 to 4.20
