    Stock levels

Just wondering if it's just where I live or does anybody else find the level of stock in their local AD frustrating? There are lots of watches that I see on the internet etc but I would really like to handle in person before I think about purchasing....but the AD'S rarely have much stock and it hardly seems to change over long periods of time!!!! And no I'm not talking rolex!!!!
I appreciate they can't carry mountains of stock but if a manufacturer has a new range/model out it would be nice to have a look....

I find that dedicated boutiques rather than Goldsmiths etc have more stock. Have you tried boutiques in your area? Or take a day out to you your biggest town. Most big brands list their outlets via their websites then you could ring around to check they have what you are looking for.
