Interesting.The guy is obviously very intelligent but the workplace seems to be adopting the Google/Microsoft? approach of not being work but a playhouse for hipsters - an example being employees select a superhero that represents them....very different approach to what I associate with Swiss watchmaking.And I guess the new watch will be a SmartWatch with californian silicon Valley knowhow and 44mm luminor etc.. cases working well together.
