Tisell Marine Diver - pleasantly impressed

So after deciding a Rolex Sub is the watch to go for, I placed an order for the Tisell Marine Diver following a number good positive reviews.
I've owned the usual Seikos Sea urchin, Skx007 and more recently the Sumo. Sumo was sold to fund the purchase as I really wanted to get an idea of how the Sub would look.
Recently received it at the beginning of the month and to be fair its more than I expect for the money

    Black dial and bezel

So Time keeping is good since receiving this
    Case is 40mm
    Crown feels good
Ceramic bezel is shiny and the cyclops has good magnification

Bracelet is nice for the costs
Clasp works well and glidlock works and doesn't come loose easily as seen on YouTube, but can be a bit fiddly to set back in flush

The a Subc turns up a an AD a week later...

For what they cost they look pretty bang on. I prefer the look of the Tisell over Steinhart. Are you going to keep it as a holiday/beater of love it on now you've got the sub?

Prob because it's more of a copy / incl size and attempted glidelock

Agreed the two aren't really comparable. Perhaps vs a Ginault would've been better - however quite a bit more expensive

You need to remove some bracelet links on that Sub. It looks a bit loose.

The Sub was on loosely for the pic to show how they compare side by side

I've placed it on EBay now as I've been purely wearing the Rolex since getting it.
If I hadn't then I'd been wearing the Tisell until I had as it amazingly accurate and looks quite striking

Just like Steinharts and all the other homages?
I'd suggest a replica would have the Rolex stamps everywhere
