Try postimage if I can use it a 5 year old could.
Since photobucket changed I`ve been unable to post pictures. I tried with Imgur, managed to upload one, then forgot how to do it. Just tried again with no success.
I don`t use a mobile phone for pictures, all mu stuff is stored on computer. Photobucket was fine till it became clogged up with adverts .
I`ve tried everything with Imgur but given up........what am I doing wrong?

Nowadays I use my MacBook for the text. And the Tapatalk App to add pics directly from my phone. No more third party storage for me!

I changed to Flikr which works with Windows and Chromebooks, but I would suggest doing a search as there were several alternatives discussed at the time.
If you don't want or need to manage an online library and just wish to post a picture and forget about it, then as said, postimg is utterly and completely foolproof.
imgur is a doddle to use and I'm crap with computors.
I use a Samsung J5. Really easy to use, under £200 and can send photos directly from it. No computer needed. Avoid all that moving from a to b to c.
Brilliant for ebay too. Just upload photos straight from the phone.

Yes I have the Tapatalk app. But I didn't realise it was the app that let me upload photos. Shows how much I know !!
Well worth getting a phone for so many things which are much easier to do than with a computer.
Ebay: it takes me 5 minutes to upload an item. On the pc half an hour !

Here is a link to one of your photos stored on the Tapatalk server. I posted the link so you can see it but normally Tapatalk embeds it as an image.
If you click on the link you'll see your picture. Actually you'll need to delete the space between the h and the t - Tapatalk is so smart that it displays this as a photo even though I don't want it to.

Aha!!
Copied it into my whatsapp and removed the text and gap.

Nice one!
Sorry Paul, not helping you much.
Paul: you can get a J5 under a hundred quid now they're a year old.

Im also looking for a photobucket alternative and was just about to try Flickr until i saw i pop up at the bottom of the screen saying from the 15th sept they are sharing info with new companys! something to be weary of or?
When you upload the image, you’ll have a list of options, both size and links.
Huge Thumbnail provides a 1024x1024 image, and Large thumbnail provides 640x640 – if your image is between those two size wise, then just opt for the default Original.
Choose the BBCode option once you’ve decided on the above, and then copy/paste it.
ive just joined imgur and doing a test
Edit; test done. wow thats easy and loads better than photobucket.

Rather than start a new thread, these all seem to have lots of ads (I'd rather not use tapatalk) is there a spam free one, or is it just the price for getting free hosting?
Thanks.
