Namibia = walking open spaces, rustic life etc. Not too far to the east. February is perhaps a little wet in the north.

get the ferry to north of spain and do Bilbao, San Sebastian, Asturias, Galicia, down to Porto, then lisbon cascais, sintra, estoril, etc.. then down the Algarve across to seville then up the ruta de la plata - from there in 2 days you'd be back in Bilbao/San Sebastian
