God bless Bruce.
I loved to watch you perform, a true entertainer.
Met him a couple of years back through work and he was brilliant. People say that you should never meet your heroes, but in Brucie's case that simply didn't apply. He was meant to be with us for a ten-minute meet & greet - 90 minutes later he was still chatting to anyone who wanted to talk.
A genuinely lovely man.
An all time great entertainer. RIP Brucie
Legend.
Can't believe he's "only" 89 though, he has ALWAYS seemed like an old man to me.
Sad face :(
Happy memories. Give us a twirl Anthea.
It was always on the cards for this year, I think.
The epitome of the all-round entertainer and game-show hosts.
'You don't get anything for a pair, not in this game'
RIP Brucie, an impossible act to follow
cuddly toy! Our family spent many Saturday evenings watching The Generation Game with Brucie and Anthea. Thanks for the laughs.
End of an era. Like so many have said - Brucie was a saturday evening in fron of the TV. He was an all round entertainer. Not many of his generation and league still around......

An entertainment legend who will be sadly missed, having touched the lives of many generations of tv viewers. Always went higher, never lower, and made us all smile along the way.
Another icon of my past gone, and true legend, RIP Brucie.
