    Show your sunburst dials

Really fancy adding a blue sunburst dial to my collection as I love the way they change when the sun catches them, got my eye on a Seiko Padi, do seiko do this watch WITHOUT PADI on it . Think the combination of the dial with the Pepsi bezel is great but PADI spoils it, so if not plan B, what's out there, show them off and help me decide.

The new evant has a nice blue sunburst and refreshingly different (it's homage to a little known Breguet apparently)

Personally think logos on a dial tend to be emphasised in pictures / close ups and less obvious when you hold a watch.

The solution could be to go with Blue Lagoon version and then do a bezel swap to put the Pepsi one on (which would not cost much to get but the Blue lagoon version does cost more to start with).

Here's a 1963 Seiko Silverwave with the sunburst dial.
They don't get much harder to read than this:

    Show your sunburst dials

Surprisingly this has a blue sunburst dial...

Doubt it's what you're after but I thought I'd share

Love that Seiko, does it have Padi on the clasp as well like some I've seen, what's the ref number as I might have to jump on one of thoses

Wanted a blue dial Seiko, as big fan stumbled on mine by chance. Value for money compared to watches in higher cost bracket. The thing is quality. Always been a big Seiko fan.

OEM Pepsi bezel has just been listed on eBay and there is a Blue lagoon there also so for £500 the OP can get what he is after

    They are indeed.

I'm afraid the pics not doing the sunburst true justice as we'd just come up from a dive, hence the forming salt crystals.
