Parent at our school has started rocking up with WH05 BAD on one of those VW Bentayga thingies.

Unsure if they wear a single sparkly glove whilst piloting the wretched thing.

I saw a Bentayga yesterday SL06UNS - possibly an advertising exec? I was too embarrassed to be seen taking a pic in case anyone thought I liked the car!

    This really boils my p**s

Illegal font, illegal spacing, looks shit just so everyone knows she is called “Zoe” and cant afford a proper personal plate. I would be pulling her over giving her a 7 day rectification order, or whatever it’s called.

    Cheers,

    Ben

That is kinda taking the piddle to the extreme and I imagine it's only a matter of time before the collar gets felt on that one.

Spotted BR05 ETT over Christmas. Couldn't help thinking it was a fan of the 80s pop band...

You’d hope so, it’s extremely hard to read.

I was at a car show a few weeks ago and a car was there with literally the outline of the numerals and letters. Almost like the 4D had fallen off & it was the dirts at the edges that showed the shape, apart from it was in red!

    Utterly ridiculous.

Two people on our estate have ridiculously spaced reg plates to spell their names. About six months ago both reverted to conventional spacing, so much so the original names were hard to see. This puzzled me as they had been spaced wrongly for two plus years.

My wife remarked that maybe it was a coincidence that a DSVA ANPR van has been parked on a local clearway less than a mile a way. Possibly young Zoe above wont need to be “stopped “ just caught by one of these vans.

Footnote just recently on of the cars above has been swapped to a Cupra and low and behold the wacky spaced plate is back on !

^^^ I'd have thought it belongs to the actual auction house being that it spells there stock-in-trade!

    LOT 1E AUDI A1

  27. #1727
Or LOT 713S which ranges from £9999 to £25000. Not sure why who actual is the real seller. Possibly the £9999.

Sold DVLA auction for £1900 in 2007.

    Yellow the new black??

This was parked almost next to the Ferrari above; to have 2 very expensive cars in the same colour so close in a small town is a strange coincidence….

  31. #1731
Yianny is a car wrapper and the other car could be family / friend / customer etc.

Definitely not a colour for flying under the radar.

    Ferrari looks fantastic.

He posted that on Instagram the other day. The plate on the Ferrari has a meaning if your Greek.

Some of Yannimize colours on his cars have been hideous. The yellow on his current urus with the Urban kit is actually ok.

Interesting - don’t use instagram so never seen it but I have seen a pink one of those and a gold one around here.

never thought to look up L3SHY. —- according to the dictionary;-

Leshy - (Slavic mythology) A male woodland spirit in Slavic mythology who protects wild animals and forests.

  35. #1735
One I see most days but have never stopped to photograph is HU60 TOM on a nice big BMW.

The plate may be pure coincidence, but I imagine that Hugo and Tom are the loveliest couple

    Spotted this yesterday;

Saw RE71RES (RETIRES) on a Carthago camper van in Ayr earlier.

I checked to see if RE71RED has been issued. It hasn't.

    What came first?

A1 or 1A? How did they go from the start? Was this the 6th issued?
