Thread: Off road Segway?

    Off road Segway?

    Anyone done this?

If you havent tried it yet its well worth it.
Me and my boys went on the course in Dalby Forest and it was amazing. Bit shakey at first but as soon as they crank the speed up to 13 mph it gets a lot easier.
Best fun ive had for years and cant wait for the next time.

I done this as part of my stag do. Great fun. It's amazing how quickly the Segway just becomes part of you.

Did a guided tour of Paris on Segways with work colleagues once. Great fun only slightly spoiled by one lady falling off and breaking her wrist and another falling off and cutting her arm on some broken glass. I think accidents like this are relatively rare but we seemed to have a number of ladies with balance and coordination challenges in our group.

Have done the forest trek thing on a Segway, it was great fun. My calves ached afterwards though. No fallers in our group but I can totally see how easy it would be to lose control on one since they're so balance based

Did it in Annecy. Great fun and no accidents.

Shame there's so many restriction on them over here.
