Thanks for sorting the afternoon out. Fantastic. Really enjoyed myself. Meeting new and old.
    Great collections all.
The Zenith El Primaro was my choice.
    But lots of others.
Interesting that Omega were very under represnted. Only 2 Speedy's and 1 PO.
Great locations and the wife hadn't spent much shopping.....bonus!

    Norwich GTG

    What a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.
Great company amongst old and new friends, a fantastic collective of superb timepieces and a new found love for a particular big pilot and a beautiful highly legible Panerai...
A lovely meet and look forward to the next one.
    Good job Paul!

Thanks to Paul for organising the GTG.
Really nice to meet a great friendly bunch but damn those that brought their Bulova watches with them! Just ordered a moon watch and looking out for a humming Accutron.

  24. #74
Another thankyou to Paul for organising the GTG, I had a great afternoon engaging in watch banter with a great bunch of people - and the opportunity to see lots of beautiful watches ‘in the metal’ - many of which I’d never get the chance to see or handle otherwise. From now on any jewellers window will pale in comparison!

I regretfully missed this GTG, but look forward to attending the next, it's been too long!

Great bunch of guys, and a fantastic venue by all accounts.

What an excellent afternoon in Norwich. Some great collections on show and some seriously impressive watches.

Nice to see and handle so many different brands and models, a rare opportunity indeed. Being a newbie it was fascinating to hear from more experienced forum members.

I really did fall for the Sinn U1. Sinn isn't a brand I had considered but certainly will do in future.

Thanks of course to Paul for making the event happen and to everyone who supported it.

Must say thanks to Paul for organising this GTG , 150 mile drive there with the roof down was a great start, plus I went to visit another member for a potential trade on the way . Good to meet all of you as I'd never met anyone that was there before. Good to see so many lovely watches and chat with all of you. Glad my little offerings seemed to get a lot of positive comments too, especially the Zenith ,Big Pilot and Fifty Fathoms Quantieme. Sorry I had to leave early but another potential trade was beckoning and at the end of the day I arrived home without the Zenith I'd started the day with but with another Zenith ! .........I will do a post for that, but thanks again for a great afternoon guys .
    Here's a few images
    Cheers Bryan

Great afternoon gents, good to see some of you for the second / third time and meet some new faces. Lots of lovely watches and some great conversation. Thanks to Paul for organising the location and all of us!

Surprise favourite of the day for me was the Accutron hummer. Never had my hands on one before and the humming is just hypnotic.

Looks like a great GTG guys, but there appears to be glasses of water on the table? Where’s the beer?! Or was it a sober affair unlike the riotous Mcr GTGs?
