Looks like a modern small thetford cassette.
Ours is twice that size and chuffing heavy when full of 'waste'
Last emptied wearing my Citizen eco-drive pro master 300M properly certified ISO diver's watch. No worries about splashing or having to hose it down afterwards

Is no big deal, the large thetford has wheels which is useful as my Mrs is an olympic standard wee-er
Mine has wheels but when I'm wearing the Patek I changed them to Alloys with spinners.
