I have to admit a fondness for thin mechanical watches and chronographs as a complication.
What thin Chronos are out there? I am looking for mechanical rather than quartz, automatic or hand-wind (to reduce thickness).
A big bonus for a rotatable bezel as well.
I currently have my Daytona (12.2mm) on my wrist. An absolute classic but what out there is thinner?

The Zenith El Primero 38000s are quite thin. I thought the 38mm tri-colour was going to be my next watch but I found it a little too small and the 42mm a little too large. I think that the thickness is similar to a Daytona, possibly a tad less. There are of course lots of El Primeros with the same relatively thin movement.
+1 for the Zenith
I believe the F Piguet 1185 is also a very thin movement, seen in the Blancpain Leman amongst others
Here's an idea of the thickness of a 42mm.

The 42mm Zenith El Primero Classic is pretty slim and definitely elegant.

The Blancpain chronographs are often quite thin.
this is mine, 10.5mm thick and as far as I'm concerned gorgeous.
Blancpain Leman flyback with the 2185f movement
This at 10.9mm is rather nice.
Zenith El Primero Class Sport hand wind is about 10mm thick.
