If you like the watch yes.
If you're buying just because it's reduced I think you'll be disappointed.
Is a speedy dark side value at 5800 stg brand new? (And may be able to get a further 9.25 percent discount.) Would that be a good way to get into Omega?

I don't know what 'stg' means but if you're talking about £5,800 then only you can decide what represents good value for you. As '-Ally-' has stated, you have to like the watch, whether that be for aesthetic or other reasons. For me this is a prerequisite for the purchase of any watch but only you can decide what represents a good buy for you.

I would be more than surprised if you got anything near £500 from quidco. They must of had a hell of a lot of these left over the way the offer has been touted about.
If you are buying a watch purely on value and not aesthetics just by a Rolex.

If you're talking about the recent posted HotUKDeals then hasn't that now expired in that theres no more stock?
That answers the question then. Btw, @ skier, stg = sterling. Using it is an old NI habit when writing cheques (remember then?) When ROI used Irish pounds.

And I originally asked as I would like to try an omega. They are much discussed and loved on this forum and I would like to try one someday.

Preowned speedie Pro would be my advice or even an SMP of some description
