    New green dial Panerai models

Kind of reminds me of the colour scheme of an old desk from a stately home. I've always loved the Monopulsante and if this wasn't €17,000 I think it would be on my radar. What do the establishment think? They're making 200 of them and there are some three hand options with a titanium case etc.

They look nice. Reminds me of the billiard room at Raffles.
Good luck everybody. Have a good one.

lovely dial colour, but I think you added a 1 to the start of the price by mistake! 17k is nuts, even for Panerai.

Not for me I'm afraid. I really don't like green dials and I can't stand the 8-day power meter.

I wouldn't wear it (or any of the other Monopulsantes). the green doesn't change it one way or the other for me.
If anyone wants to gift me one, go ahead but I'd flog it and buy a couple of much simpler ones which is where I think their strength lies.

What a dull old world it would be if we all liked the same watches.

Wait, I thought we were all required to like the same watches?

Whatever gave you the idea? You are allowed to like any watch............. as long as it is a Rolex or a PP:-)

Thank you, Ken - that's why I hate the power meter so much. Couldn't work out what it was about it...

Oh, yeah, that was it. Thanks for reminding me. I have to go and savage the guy who likes Christopher Ward now.

Nice to see a brand being both adventurous and getting it right. The flat black, tobacco, and Brown dials all work beautifully with larger Panerai and the Green is cool also, I think it would compliment a bronze case obviously or a deep rose gold maybe.

I like it a lot but wouldn't want to pay that price,I like the fact panerai don't always play it safe

I really like the green dial. Its very different from the norm. I love panerai's anyway, but thats a nice change.
