Mine does it a very small amount. But if I wind mine to 12 o’clock, everything aligns correctly.

After I posted 'My First Omega :)' thread. A hero member name 'Tetlee' has noticed that the alignment of my hour hand was misplaced. So, I ran out some test and discovered something you can see it by watching my video:

What I noticed
1. Hour hand not aligned properly
2. Hour hand move when I push my screw down crown back
3. Hour hand hacking feels really weird when turning (loose)
Is this normal for this caliber, I do not have any experience with watch that can hack the hour hand.
PS: I'm still in return coverage.

I would return it to Omega if you can. The fault would need a watchmaker with access to certain parts to recrify. It looks like the issue lies with tolerances within the motion work.

I found more issue on the second hand. It shaking when winding.

Do the hands line up at 12 o’clock? If so, then it’s fine.

It sounds like slop in the movement. I expect it's within spec. The next one might be as bad, or worse.
Expecting perfection from watches is a good way to be unhappy. No matter the price.
Well, I agree that you shouldn't expect perfection, but the way the hour hand is misaligned is ridiculous. On the video when it's five sharp the hour hand is way past five.
