Playing on the Bamford watches site - customising a zenith >>>

What do you think of this variation?

This is the original of course

No doubt it costs a lot of money to make a watch look so cheap.

    Definitely prefer the original.

£9K - just fun really - the website gives you options to try out all the various options, and great to see an innovative company in the heart of the UK - hat's off to them. I think the 9K includes the watch!

It's difficult to design anything tasteful when you're only presented with loud and in-your-face color choices.

Rolex did some beautiful Airking fabric effect dials years ago. Omega made dials like this one:

They were popular in the 30s, not common nowadays.
I think they have real class, like English engine turned dials of the 19th century.

This, although the lack of a pointer on the l/h sub-dial would be irritating.

That's the long 25sec shutter speed of the photo - look carefully and you can see the blur :-)

I thought that when I looked at the second hand, but even the minute hand has moved during the duration of the photo.

Ignoring the quite atrocious yellow, I think it is a bit of a shame for them to be using an LE for their customisations.
They should stick to standard production models, IMHO.

Ah, the acid trippers special - glows when under UV light as well?
