Question British Army, Iraq (Basra?), Land Rover, ramming doors

Back in 2003 (I think), there was video of some British soldiers using a Land Rover to ram open the doors of a building in Iraq (probably in Basra, but not sure). Does anyone have this video?

I've Googled and searched Youtube for it but I just can't find the right search term to find it, and yet I'm sure it must be on the Net somewhere.

I've skimmed LiveLeak for you Mark but couldn't see it there. That's normally the kind of place all sorts of unedited content can be found.

Thanks. It's annoying that it seems to have disappeared.

The one I am thinking of was definitely British and definitely a Land Rover. I think that it was a WMIK but I can't be certain about that now.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Americans had found a reason to do similar though, especially after seeing the Land Rover footage. ;-)

Not being able to find the video now is annoying, especially as I am sure I have a local copy of it (but probably with an unguessable file name and no metadata).

No idea about the video, sorry.

It always stuck in my mind though, a friend of mine was there. It's a long story, but I have a cool rug in my bedroom and his sister has some quite nice looking cutlery...

Good find. So much as I enjoy my wmik in peace time so much would I dread to sit in the top gunner position if I know that there might be enemies behind the door. Hats off to the brave soldiers.

    Many thanks. That's the one.

There is also this one here which has some of the same footage: http://www.gettyimages.co.uk/detail/...tage/670011612

I think there might also be a third video shot by a different camera at the same time but from the right hand side, but I can't be sure now if it's just my memory playing tricks. Anyway, these two videos are definitely of the event I was thinking of.
