Bank mortgage product for overseas property purchase?

Does anyone have any recommendations please? Low intertest rate and low deposit ideally. :)

Property would be located in Poland. UK resident borrower.

By far the easiest route if you have an existing UK mortgage on your home with a decent amount of equity would be to go to your current lender and increase that facility.

If that isn't an option then you will save yourself a lot of frustration by going to a specialist mortgage broker.

Does Santander do Spanish mortgages over here? I bank with them too, may help?

Sorry can't advise anything in particular, as I've never dealt with Poland. There are nice foreign mortgage tips https://tranio.com/traniopedia/tips/...dden-pitfalls/ they helped me put my thoughts together and finally buy something abroad (in Budapest, to be exact). Best of luck!
