Gw3000 bezel part help !

My gw3000 was looking very grubby and had sand in all the nooks and crannies - I stripped it as far as possible to clean and have lost a bezel part !!!! Bugger :(
Anyone have any bright ideas ? It's the middle metal part - I can source for £40 (!) - seems daft with it worth not much more than that - perhaps you've done the same and can pint me the right way ?

This any good? I don't really know anything about G-Shocks but I have searched for 'spares or repair' watches when I needed something. Sorry if you already thought of that.
