    A cheap watch challenge

My Oris has got to go off for repair, so I'm looking for a cheap replacement. As we're still in austerity the budget is £20 😂

So looking for recommendations please. What I would like is something that can be worn with a work suit as well as the weekend, a leather type strap, not too big a diameter oh and not a diver style.

If anyone can crack this I know it's TZ so over to you and any help appreciated

Why have one, when you can have three.

Ok so not on leather but at under £20 surely it's got to be a Casio.

Maybe a F-91W £6 ish or something on a bracelet perhaps like A163WA-1QES £18 ish

Here's another on eBay (UK dispatch).

    £2.73 with 58p postage.

One could have fun with some of these ultra-cheapies.

    £2.72 all in!

I bought one of these as a holiday watch a few years ago

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/INFANTRY-An.../dp/B00A4EYABC

Robust, accurate, didn't pick up scratches or marks and the battery lasted about three years.

Plenty of change from £20 as well.

Use your phone to tell the time while your watch is away and put the £20 towards a new strap for it's return.

Killing him is probably a bit harsh! But could be the only option, I agree.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I was very nearly swayed by the batwatch if only to see the look on my boss's face when we go into an important meeting !! However I've been very boring and gone for this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sekonda-Gen.../dp/B002JOIO4O

In typical TZ fashion, I'm going to suggest you bust the budget and plumb for one of these:

    I'd guess around £40-60 used?
More than a score but you'll end up with a watch you'll actually want to wear.

That is VERY nice - model number please and where did you get the strap?

Damn trying to thin down watches!!!!
